Breathe and believe! I love the drum and the guidance. Its about going deeper. The meditation after the breathing sesion helps to relax and just be in the moment.

This brother changed my life during 2 weeks of breathe work in Bali. He helped to change the perception I had of myself! He leads by example...shows up as himself and radiates the energy. No ego, open hearted human. Add on top of that he's an excellent breath coach, his partner Anicha holds powerful space, and they are lovely examples of balanced masculine and feminine energies. We are lucky to have them!

I did a workshop with Marcel and Anicha in Perth, Australia, last year which was amazing. I was so happy to find the live sessions being held daily online, I did my first online session this morning and feel indescribably incredible right now!! I've been battling with depression and anxiety recently and most days I have struggled to get out of bed. After doing this I have a smile on my face and a sense of motivation I have not had for weeks. Thankyou Marcel and Anicha. I'm so grateful!
